Grant Harvey

Grant’s most recent assignments include directing the pilot episode of The Way Home starring Andie Macdowell and Chyler Leigh, and directing and co-executive producing the pilot episode of Mistletoe Murders starring Sarah Drew.  He also produced and directed his fifth feature film, How We Ended Us, along with A Christmas Horror Story, Freezer Burn, Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning, and American Beer. Grant has directed six television movies and over one-hundred hours of episodic television, including Orphan Black, Tin Star, and Wynonna Earp. He also directed the pilot episode of The Best Years, and season openers/finales of The Way Home, 12 Monkeys, Heartland, X-Company, Bitten, Nurses, as well as Burden of Truth and Whistler where he also acted as producing director. He did a four year turn as Cinematic Director of Ubisoft’s AAA video games Watch Dogs: Legion and Far Cry 6. Grant created and directed the CBC special Balletlujah!, which won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Arts Documentary. He has produced and directed over five hundred commercial campaigns in Canada and the U.S., earning numerous awards, including ‘Best Director’ at the 2013 DGC Awards.
